Amplifier Game Invest hires Lawrence Poe and Gabriella Kalteneckar.

Amplifier Game Invest is expanding its team, with the hiring of Lawrence Poe as Director of Product Development and Gabriella Kalteneckar as Project Manager.

A 22 year game industry veteran, Lawrence Poe has a background in product development and leadership. During his 13 years at Funcom, in roles including Design Director, Director of Publishing, and most recently serving as Chief Product Officer, Lawrence oversaw productions such as Conan Exiles and Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden. Lawrence will add several new dimensions to the Amplifier Game Invest offering, and support the growing number of Partner Studios within the Amplifier Group.

Gabriella Kalteneckar comes from a role as Founder, COO and Operations Manager at Arclight and several years as IT-manager, project coordinator and Team leader, and will shoulder the task of organizing, directing and coordinating the internal projects of Amplifier Game Invest. Her broad background will allow her to help build a stronger team and prepare the Amplifier organization for future growth.

As the number of Game Studios that we have invested in has grown significantly over the last 12 months, and as we continue to invest in fantastic indie game studios, the need to strengthen our organization has become significant. With Gabriella and Lawrence joining us, we will become more efficient, more prepared for growth and will be able to provide an even stronger support system for our partner studios ” says Per-Arne Lundberg, CEO of Amplifier Game Invest.

With the completion of this recruitment, Amplifier Game Invest, one of eight operational groups within the Embracer Group, expands its team from 6 to 8 experienced game- and business developers.
